Our aim is simply to introduce a system that meets your objectives and we will discuss all options before you commit yourself to any change in your working patterns.

  • Can Baker Tilly still conduct my company's audit?

For listed clients there is a general embargo on our providing audit services where we are providing other services. For other clients, in order to ensure adherence to our Ethical Standards, it is unlikely that we will be able to provide audit services if we are also providing the Revas service.

However, we will judge each case on its merits and if we are able to demonstrate that our auditor independence is not compromised by the provision of Revas services we may accept the appointment.

Ask your Baker Tilly advisor about your company's specific circumstances.

Where we are not auditors, Revas can provide full statutory accounts and an audit file which will greatly streamline the external audit process.
