Property Authorised Investment funds (PIAFs)
A number of changes are to be made to facilitate the use of feeder funds to PAIFs
With effect from 1 January 2009, the following measures will take effect:
- An SDRT exemption for feeder funds
- simpler distributions (enabling payments to be made gross)
