Our new survey reveals that the biggest challenge facing charities in 2012 will be the search for new funding sources following government funding withdrawals in 2010/11.
Organisations are concerned that despite making cost reductions, they will face further cutbacks in the next 12 months with the general perception that the worst is yet to come. 44% of charities surveyed anticipate they will use their cash reserves in the next year which could result in long-term sustainability issues.
The survey also questions how charities are prepared to deal with potential fraud and the impact of the Bribery Act of their organisations.
