Project Transform - The essential support as local authorities pick up the reins - is about helping Local Authorities and all those involved in the new funding landscape to realise their role: get organised, avoid the pitfalls, and make the most of the opportunities.
How Project Transform can help you get ready?
The key to this is to make it focussed and useful. We do this with four elements:
- Experts with real experience for running with these systems: when they work well, and repairing them when they don’t
- Support in getting your planning right:
- working with your Children’s Services team to inform, focus and get the detailed planning in place moving through the twenty key point headings on our preparation programme, and
- supporting this with a “getting to know the landscape” seminar for those involved, either as executives or as elected members
- Support in the work itself: we can fill in the gaps where time, resources, or experience make it more cost-effective for us to do it.
- A flexible delivery under which we can:
- Facilitate your understanding of the reforms
- Coach your team leader(s) in delivering the necessary changes
- Consult – produce plans or work programmes for you
- Compliance – report on what you have produced, on risks, solutions, or other relevant issues.
