Welcome to Baker Tilly’s sixth annual survey examining the effectiveness of back office functions within UK housing associations.
This year’s survey was conducted during a critical time for the sector. The provision of cost effective, value adding back office operations has not always been a key consideration for the sector – however in England with the introduction of the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) new regulatory framework from 1 April 2012, greater pressure is set to be applied.
