As HMRC increase their efforts to obtain information from 'tax havens' and, in concert with the OECD, bring increased pressure to bear on the offshore jurisdictions traditionally associated with tax planning, they are likely to take the opportunity to introduce a further Offshore Disclosure Facility to enable taxpayers to disclose income that they have not previously declared.
