The Pensions Group at Baker Tilly are celebrating two victories at the coveted Professional Pensions Awards which were held last night at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
For the second year in a row, Baker Tilly won the Accountants of the Year Award and, minutes later, also collected the Covenant Assessment Provider of the Year Award.
There was stiff competition for both awards with the judges measuring the entrants achievements in innovation, client service and commitment to improving pension provision in the UK.
Commenting on the award, Baker Tilly’s Head of Pensions, Ian Bell, said: “This is a wonderful acknowledgement and recognition of our work as committed and hard-working advisors who want to do as much as possible for pension scheme trustees.”
He continued: “Our goals are to serve clients well, provide a great place to work and continue to campaign for the restoration of confidence in this vital industry.”
Bruce Mackay, Head of Employer Covenant Review services at Baker Tilly said: “These awards are seen by the industry as the best indicator of hard work, excellent client care and delivery of creative solutions. We’re so proud to have taken these two awards.”
