An insight into the most common areas where tax savings can be gained, to avoid paying more tax than you need to.
April – Profit Improvement
How to approach profit improvement including strategic positioning, growing the ‘top line’, efficiencies, debt management and controlling costs.
May – Getting the best out of your IT systems
This session will explore how you can use technology that you may already have to keep one step ahead of your competitors. We will also highlight a range of software tools available on the market that can help you run your business more effectively.
June – Utilising Key Performance Indicators
How to identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to your business. Using KPIs to assess your business performance in order to improve and move towards your business aims.
July – Managing risk
Identifying key risks, prioritising, managing and monitoring the risk affecting your business.
