Martin is head of the London Employment Consulting Group. His work includes the tax efficient structuring of employee remuneration including share plans, pension plans, bonus and “flex” plans, expatriate tax planning and compliance services, and advising on PAYE/NIC compliance. Client work covers all aspects of employee taxation and social security, but dealing mainly with larger or more complex projects involving remuneration planning, international assignees, PAYE/NIC planning and compliance and HMRC employer PAYE/NIC compliance reviews.
