Paul is a specialist in acting for listed companies, both in the UK and overseas, in a variety of market sectors including technology and media, mining, oil & gas, and other areas. He also has extensive experience of acquisitions, investigations and due diligence assignments. He is responsible for the management of a number of key clients in both the public and private sectors. Paul’s expertise includes reporting accountant and statutory audit and assurance work for listed companies. He has practical knowledge of the issues involved in coordinating work on multi-location UK and international assignments. This work covers not only our UK offices but also with Baker Tilly International member firms worldwide. Paul’s AIM work includes international transactions in China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel and the USA. Paul has spoken about AIM at seminars and road shows in Israel, the Middle East, India, UK and the USA.
