Paul Johnson
Head of Due Diligence

Paul joined Baker Tilly in 2002 as a Corporate Finance partner in our Birmingham Office. He specialises in and heads nationally our Due Diligence service line which operates within our Corporate Finance Department. Paul's work includes financial due diligence – for venture capitalists, banks and corporates – and vendor due diligence. He has had significant involvement in cross border transactions. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the ICAEW and a member of the Securities Institute.
