Kevin is a corporate tax partner based in Baker Tilly’s London office. He has over 25 years experience specialising in corporate tax, the last 9 years specialising exclusively in international tax.

His work includes the tax efficient structuring and financing of both overseas operations of UK companies, and UK operations of foreign multinationals. His clients include a number of the firm’s largest, listed UK companies. He also regularly advises both UK and foreign companies floating on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on the tax issues arising and has extensive M&A experience, having advised on the tax aspects of numerous acquisitions and disposals, both UK domestic and cross-border.

Kevin was previously with Ernst & Young in London for 18 years and spent 18 months leading E&Y’s UK tax desk in New York. He therefore has particular experience of UK/US cross-border tax issues. Within Baker Tilly International, he is chairman of the International Tax Steering Committee, which is responsible for developing and co-ordinating the network’s tax services globally.
