Diane is a corporate finance partner with over 10 years of experience in the City specialising in capital markets and due diligence. She has experience of due diligence assignments for both private and public companies and has worked on a range of flotation assignments on PLUS, AIM and the Main Market, including many with international companies. She is also a past member of council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
