Chilton is Head of Capital Markets. He has over 25 years corporate financial experience specialising in flotations, due diligence and fund raising. Chilton has acted on over 100 flotations. He is a specialist on AIM IPOs and is one of only two practicing accountants invited to the AIM Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, Chilton is an acknowledged specialist in the VCT and EIS legislation and is the author of "A Guide to AIM Tax Benefits" our joint publication with the London Stock Exchange.
