Bruce Mackay is a partner in our London office and has a restructuring career spanning over 28 years. He specialises in larger and more complex corporate restructuring and formal insolvency work, and in business viability assessments. In the latter respect, Bruce heads Baker Tilly’s award-winning Covenant Assessment Services team, which provides employer covenant review services in the defined benefit pensions market. Bruce also has vast experience on cross-border insolvency cases. He acts as a liaison partner between the UK firm and the other Baker Tilly International member firms around the world.
