Ewan joined Baker Tilly in 1997. He is the National Head of Corporate Finance which provide services in capital markets, business disposals, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, due diligence plus valuations. Ewan is a member of the Scottish Advisory Group, the London Stock Exchange and the Securities Institute.
