David McCulloch

David joined Baker Tilly in 2004 and is responsible for due diligence within the South East region. He has over ten years’ corporate finance experience, both within the regions and the City, covering a wide range of deal sizes from £1m to over £400m, and including corporate acquisitions, management buyouts, bank refinancing and vendor due diligence. He has lead international assignments ranging from Russia to the USA. He also acts as reporting accountant on flotations on AIM.
