Universal Music Group Inc: Monitoring Trustee

Baker Tilly’s Competition Services team acted as Monitoring Trustee in respect of the sale of certain music publishing catalogue rights by Universal Music Group Inc.

The deal is in response to the European Commission’s requirement that Universal Music Group divest certain music publishing catalogue rights in the European Economic Area.
