Risk management workshops

Effective risk management is key to any organisation. However, such procedures must be integrated into the overall strategy. 
 
One of our clients, a social housing group, already had a risk management framework in place, which was discussed at regular meetings and updated.  However, the Group was concerned that outcomes of the procedures were not being integrated into its overall strategy, leading to better overall management of the Group.
 
Members of our risk management team facilitated risk management workshops for the Group. The workshops involved management and Board members. Focus was placed on specifically integrating risk management with the strategic aims of the group, using the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
 
The outcome resulted in the Group's risk management now being integrated within its overall strategy.
