Shareholder advice: sale of Matchett Group

Baker Tilly’s M&A and Plc Advisory team, led by Paul Elliot, advised the shareholders of the Matchett Group on its sale to Wilmington Group Plc.

Matchett provides training services to professional markets, with a particular emphasis on the major banks in the UK and US.
