Meet our management
Baker Tilly's Management Team consists of an executive team who are responsible for the future strategy, development and day-to-day running of the firm.
The Team has overseen our growth to become a leading mid-tier firm of Chartered Accountants in the UK market.
Baker Tilly's Management Team is headed by Laurence Longe, our National Managing Partner. Martin Rodgers is our Executive Chairman.
Regional Managing Partner
David is our London Region Managing partner. He is also heavily involved with international matters and is a member of the advisory council of Baker Tilly International for the European, Middle East and Africa region. David also chairs the Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee of Baker Tilly International. Additionally, David is a member of the National Management Team of Baker Tilly that has responsibility for the management and future strategy of the firm.
Regional Managing Partner
Elfed has been the Southern Region Managing Partner since September 2004 and divides his role between management and clients. He joined Baker Tilly from a Big Four firm and made partner in 1985. Four years later he established the Crawley office and was Office Managing Partner there for 11 years. As a member of the National Management Team, Elfed is responsible for the liaison between national and the south.
Regional Managing Partner
Jane is the Central Regional Managing Partner and an advisory partner providing a strategic sounding board for large OMBs. She is also a member of the National Management Team that has the responsibility for the future strategy, development and day-to-day running of the firm. Jane joined Baker Tilly in 1988.
Finance Partner
Jim Bugden is our Finance Partner. He has over 40 years experience in his field. Jim is a member of the National Management Team that has the responsibility for the future strategy, development and day-to-day running of the practice.
Chief Operating Officer
Jon Randall is the Chief Operating Officer for the Baker Tilly Group. He is also a member of the National Management Team that has the responsibility for the future strategy, development and day-to-day running of the firm. Jon joined Baker Tilly in 1996. He is a Chartered Tax Advisor who has specialised in advising professional practices.
North Regional Managing Partner
Kevin is the Regional Managing Partner for the North. As a tax partner, he has been advising businesses on their tax affairs for over twenty years and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of business tax.
Kevin remains actively involved in the West Yorkshire business community. He is a director of the Leeds City Region Employment and Skills Board and also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Leeds Community Foundation.
National Managing Partner
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with a now Big Four firm, Laurence joined Baker Tilly in October 1987. Since July 1996 Laurence has been National Managing Partner of Baker Tilly, overseeing our growth to become a leading mid-tier firm of Chartered Accountants in the UK market. Laurence takes an active role in the risk management issues facing the firm and monitors closely the quality assurance procedures in all the Baker Tilly offices and faculties.
Executive Chairman
Martin is a member of the National Management Team who has the responsibility for the future strategy, development and day-to-day running of the practice. Before becoming Executive Chairman of the Firm in 2006, Martin spent almost ten years as Office Managing Partner in Guildford, moving on to becoming Regional Managing Partner in the Southern Region.
Head of Audit and Assurance and Finance Director
Nigel is National Head of Audit and Finance Director and also sits on the National Management Board. Whilst an audit partner, Nigel is also responsible for the firms' participation in Baker Tilly International. Plus, he has worked closely with high profile, global listed companies within the FTSE 250 with extensive experience in the security, property and manufacturing sectors.
Head of Restructuring and Recovery
Tracey Callaghan is responsible for running the firm's Restructuring and Recovery practice, which includes Forensic Services, as well as being a member of the firm's National Management Team. She is a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 25 years' experience in her profession. Before taking over as Head of Restructuring and Recovery, Tracey was the Office Managing Partner of Watford and before that Chelmsford.
