Our history
Baker Tilly can trace its origins back to 1865, to the firm of Walter Howard. Since then we've grown from strength to strength.
Transitional, historical name changes and mergers with many different firms have brought us to where we are today. We arrived at Baker Tilly in 1988 through a merger between Baker Rooke and Howard Tilly.
Today Baker Tilly is the 8th largest accountancy and business advisory firm in the UK, with over 500% growth between 1990 and the present day.
